Glory is to God with His praise, Who sent down the Qur’an through His honored Servant Muhammad (Upon whom be Peace) to mankind as a distinction and criterion between good and evil and much more.
The Qur’an is not only the Final revelation from God but it is also a miraculous sign or a divine miracle. Upon reading the Qur’an, it soon attracts, astounds and in the end enforces reverence. For a man of eloquence, the Qur’an is a miracle in its spell-binding style; for a sage, in its sagacity; for a scholar, in its knowledge; for a sociologist, in its social system; for a legislator, in its
legislative system; for a politician, in its politics; for a ruler, in its justice system; and for the whole world, in such things which none of them can grasp like the information of the unseen, prophecies of future
events, knowledge and statements, etc. The Qur’an is essentially universal, being the natural continuation of all previous Revealed Scriptures, notably those from the Abrahamic tradition as delivered, among others, by the Prophet Moses, David, and Jesus, all of whom are accepted as righteous and true Prophets of God
by Muslims.
